Você quer fazer parte de um grande time em uma empresa que não para de crescer?Se você está dentro dos requisitos abaixo, venha participar do nosso processo seletivo de Analista de Estoques Júnior, vamos adorar te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o planejamento e acompanhamento dos níveis de estoque das lojas, contribuindo para a disponibilidade de produtos aos clientes, redução de rupturas e excessos e para a eficiência dos processos de abastecimento.Acompanhar indicadores de estoque, cobertura, giro, ruptura e excesso, apoiando a identificação de desvios e oportunidades.Apoiar a realização de parametrizações e ajustes nos processos de reposição.Auxiliar no planejamento de estoques para sazonalidades, campanhas promocionais e eventos comerciais.Desenvolver análises e controles para apoiar a melhoria contínua do abastecimento das lojas.Identificar, junto ao time, oportunidades de redistribuição de estoque entre filiais.Elaborar e atualizar relatórios, indicadores e dashboards para acompanhamento da operação e suporte à tomada de decisão.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Comercial, Logística, Operações, TI e Supply Chain na execução e acompanhamento das demandas relacionadas à gestão de estoques.Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria em sistemas e processos de reposição.Contribuir para o equilíbrio entre nível de serviço ao cliente e capital investido em estoque.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.Excel intermediário ou avançado.Desejável conhecimento em SQL e Python.Desejável afinidade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, utilizando-as para otimizar processos e apoiar a tomada de decisão.Experiência em gestão de estoques, planejamento ou supply chain.Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de estoque e análise de dados. Capacidade de construção e interpretação de indicadores de desempenho.Informações adicionaisHorário da Vaga: 8h às 17h48Benefícios:Auxílio CrecheDay Off (Folga de aniversário)Descontos exclusivos na Farmácia PanvelEstacionamento rotativoGympassParticipação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR)Plano de SaúdePlano Odontológico através da Associação de FuncionáriosProgramas de apoio à saúde mental e organização financeiraRefeitório no localTransporte fretado
