Conduzir a implantação das áreas comuns e de lazer dos empreendimentos, coordenando o planejamento, a execução e o acompanhamento das etapas junto a fornecedores, áreas internas e clientes, e assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, prazos e requisitos estabelecidos para cada projeto.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

1. Conduzir o acompanhamento dos projetos de implantação de soluções e sistemas, assegurando o cumprimento das etapas, prazos, requisitos e padrões estabelecidos, desde o planejamento até a conclusão da implantação; 2. Elaborar do planejamento das etapas de implantação, propondo cronogramas, definição de atividades e organização dos recursos necessários para a execução dos projetos; 3. Levantar e analisar requisitos junto às áreas envolvidas, identificando necessidades e particularidades do processo para apoiar a configuração e adequação das soluções implantadas; 4. Monitorar o andamento das atividades de implantação, identificando desvios, riscos e necessidades de ajustes, realizando os devidos encaminhamentos para garantir a continuidade e o cumprimento do cronograma; 5. Atuar na interface com clientes, áreas internas, fornecedores e demais envolvidos nos projetos, compartilhando informações, alinhando atividades e acompanhando pendências para assegurar o andamento adequado da implantação; 6. Elaborar e conduzir treinamentos e orientações aos usuários sobre as soluções e processos implantados, apoiando a utilização adequada dos sistemas e a adaptação aos novos procedimentos; 7. Analisar ocorrências identificadas durante a implantação e no período de estabilização, buscando soluções dentro de sua alçada e acionando as áreas responsáveis quando necessário, de forma a minimizar impactos na operação; 8. Elaborar e manter atualizados documentos, registros, controles e relatórios relacionados aos projetos, garantindo a organização das informações e a rastreabilidade das etapas e decisões realizadas; 9. Acompanhar a transição para as soluções implantadas, verificando a aderência dos processos e apoiando a estabilização da operação após a entrada em produção; 10. Monitorar os resultados e ocorrências após a implantação, identificando oportunidades de ajustes e melhorias e realizando os encaminhamentos necessários junto às áreas envolvidas; 11. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e metodologias de implantação, contribuindo com sugestões e iniciativas que promovam maior eficiência, qualidade e padronização das entregas.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino Superior Completo em Arquitetura, Engenharia Civil ou áreas relacionadas.
