Executar atividades de implantação com base em procedimentos estabelecidos

Configurar funcionalidades simples do sistema e realizar testes iniciais

Realizar o levantamento de requisitos junto ao cliente e terceiros

Executar o que foi alinhado junto ao cliente e terceiro no projeto de implantaçãoExecutar o escopo do que vai ser desenvolvido e entregue ao cliente, validando junto a todos os envolvidosPreparar documentações, atas e relatórios de visita Realizar o onboarding de novos clientes ou clientes da base de acordo com os processo definidos Manter comunicação clara e organizada com clientes e equipes internas. Atuar conjuntamente com analista de CS em ações específicas de diagnóstico Registrar interações com os clientes no sistema interno da empresa

Executar outras ações correlatadas da área, quando solicitado pelo coordenador(a) ou gerenteRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino superior completo em Zootecnia, Medicina Veterinária, AgronomiaAtendimento ao cliente: Experiência em atendimento ao cliente,  Habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita;

Habilidade em ministrar treinamentos (didática, comunicação etc) Conhecimentos em Informática Configurações Documentação de Processos

Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office
