O QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO ANALISTA DE INFORMACOES GERENCIAIS SR:Buscamos um(a) Analista de Informações Gerenciais Sênior para atuar na transformação de dados em insights estratégicos, apoiando a tomada de decisões, a evolução da experiência do cliente e a eficiência operacional. O profissional será responsável por construir indicadores, desenvolver análises, automatizar processos e implementar soluções utilizando Inteligência Artificial e ferramentas Microsoft.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e acompanhar indicadores, dashboards e análises gerenciais.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de Suporte e Customer Success.Automatizar processos utilizando Power Platform e Microsoft Copilot.Desenvolver soluções com Inteligência Artificial e IA Generativa.Consolidar e integrar dados de diferentes sistemas corporativos.Realizar análises diagnósticas, preditivas e de causa raiz.Estruturar boas práticas de governança e qualidade de dados.Produzir apresentações executivas e materiais para tomada de decisão.Atuar como agente de transformação digital e cultura data-driven.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática ou Economia.Vivência sólida em Analytics, BI, Informações Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.Experiência na construção de indicadores e dashboards executivos.Conhecimento avançado em Excel, Power BI e SQL.Experiência com Power Platform, Power Automate e Microsoft Copilot.Vivência em automação de processos e projetos de transformação digital.Experiência com análise de dados e geração de insights para o negócio.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com IA Generativa aplicada ao negócio.Conhecimento em integração de dados e APIs.Conhecimento em Python para análise e automação de dados.Vivência em áreas de Customer Success, Suporte ou Operações.
