Buscamos uma pessoa para integrar nosso time de Tecnologia, atuando na administração e evolução da infraestrutura de TI que suporta as operações da Blue3. Você será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade, segurança e desempenho dos ambientes, contribuindo com melhorias contínuas da infraestrutura e atuando em parceria com as equipes de Desenvolvimento e Cibersegurança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar, acompanhar e liderar o time de Suporte Nível 1 e 2. Garantir a qualidade do atendimento;Revisar e propor padrões de arquitetura de infraestrutura para todos os escritórios e unidades do grupo;Administrar e prestar suporte aos ambientes Microsoft (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune e Exchange Online);Administrar a infraestrutura em nuvem AWS, garantindo disponibilidade, desempenho e boas práticas de utilização;Atuar no atendimento e resolução de chamados de infraestrutura, realizando diagnóstico e tratamento de incidentes;Configurar, monitorar e manter redes corporativas, VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi e links de internet;Executar monitoramento proativo da infraestrutura, prevenindo falhas e garantindo a continuidade dos serviços;Apoiar iniciativas de Segurança da Informação, aplicando boas práticas de gestão de acessos, atualizações e proteção dos ambientes;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e modernização da infraestrutura tecnológica;Documentar procedimentos técnicos e colaborar com as equipes de Desenvolvimento e Cibersegurança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 4 anos em infraestrutura de TI;Conhecimento em ambientes Microsoft (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID e Intune);Experiência com serviços AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) e administração de ambientes em nuvem;Conhecimento em redes corporativas, VPNs, firewalls, switching e telecomunicações;Experiência com atendimento de suporte técnico e administração de infraestrutura;Conhecimento em infraestrutura Ubiquiti será considerado um diferencial;Conhecimento em ITIL será considerado um diferencial;Certificações Microsoft, AWS, CCNA ou similares serão consideradas diferenciais;Experiência anterior em instituições financeiras ou ambientes regulados será um diferencial.
