Se você se identifica, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Coletar, organizar e analisar volumes de dados de vendas, performance de produtos, comportamento de clientes e mercado, garantindo a integridade e acuracidade das informações.Desenvolver, manter e otimizar dashboards e relatórios interativos utilizando IA, Power BI, Hubspot entre outras ferramentas, fornecendo uma visão clara e em tempo real dos indicadores de desempenho comercial (KPIs).Criar e gerenciar planilhas complexas no Excel para análises ad-hoc, simulações, modelagem de dados e acompanhamento de metas.Extrair e manipular dados de diferentes fontes, demonstrando domínio em bases de dados e linguagens de consulta.Identificar tendências, padrões e oportunidades de melhoria no desempenho comercial, propondo ações estratégicas baseadas em dados.Fornecer suporte analítico e consultoria de dados para a equipe comercial, traduzindo resultados complexos em uma linguagem clara e compreensível para os stakeholders.Colaborar proativamente com as demais áreas do banco para entender suas necessidades e desenvolver soluções de BI que atendam aos objetivos do negócio.Preparar e apresentar análises e recomendações para a liderança, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões estratégicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Essenciais:Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência da Computação, ou áreas correlatas.Domínio avançado em bases de dados (SQL, extração, manipulação e modelagem de dados).Conhecimentos no uso da IA para projetos e dadosProficiência comprovada em Power BI, incluindo criação de dashboards complexos.Excel avançado (funções, tabelas dinâmicas, macros/VBA será um diferencial).Excelente capacidade analítica, atenção a detalhes e raciocínio lógico para resolver problemas complexos.Ótima postura para relacionamento e comunicação clara e eficaz com equipes comerciais e de outras áreas, incluindo capacidade de traduzir termos técnicos para uma linguagem de negócios.Diferenciais:Experiência prévia em áreas de Inteligência Comercial, Business Intelligence ou Análise de Dados no setor financeiro/bancário.Conhecimento e familiaridade com produtos e serviços bancários (crédito, seguros, etc.).Informações adicionaisInformações adicionais: Vale-Refeição;Vale-Alimentação;Seguro Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Nascimento;Auxílio Casamento;Auxílio Creche/Babá;Bônus Aniversário;Apoio Pass;Convênio Academia;Vale Transporte;PLR;Bônus anual.
