Somos uma área FP&A, Pricing e Dados que atua de forma cross dentro da Diretoria de Crédito e Soluções para Alugar dentro da Vertical Bank.Atendemos a estrutura de Empréstimos e Financiamentos bem como os produtos de Fiança e Capitalização. Nosso objetivo quanto área é atuar como controle financeiro e estratégico da diretoria, transformando dados brutos em inteligência para maximizar a rentabilidade e suportar a tomada de decisão através de modelos preditivos e análises de preço competitivas.Responsabilidades e atribuições Governança e Homologação de Dados: Liderar o processo de validação e homologação de novos dados, garantindo que as informações extraídas dos sistemas de origem estejam corretas antes de serem disponibilizadas;Documentação e Linhagem: Mapear e documentar a linhagem de dados e dicionários de variáveis, garantindo padronização e alinhamento conceitual das informações;Engenharia de Analytics & ETL: Desenvolver, otimizar e manter rotinas de ETL para a criação de bases de dados preparadas para consumo, focando em automação, resiliência e escalabilidade dos fluxos;Power BI Executivo & Visualização: Construir dashboards e relatórios executivos no Power BI com forte aplicação de técnicas de Storytelling, otimizando os modelos de dados para garantir alta performance e rapidez na atualização;Cultura Self-Service BI: Capacitar e incentivar outros times no consumo autônomo de dados, garantindo o uso correto das ferramentas e métricas;Parceria com Produtos (Data Quality): Atuar como o ponto focal de qualidade de dados junto à área de Produtos, apoiando na definição de KPIs, métricas de sucesso e antecipando impactos analíticos decorrentes de mudanças nas regras de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação Acadêmica: Graduação Completa em Ciência da Computação, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Estatística, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Linguagem de Consulta: Domínio avançado de SQL para manipulação, extração e modelagem de dados complexos;Visualização de Dados: Domínio da ferramenta Power BI (construção de modelos performáticos, DAX e Storytelling);Perfil Analítico: Capacidade crítica para identificação de inconsistências de dados e criação de visões executivas.O que será um diferencial:Conhecimento prático ou vivência na área de Risco de Crédito e/ou Pricing;Experiência com Python para análise, automação e manipulação de dados;Familiaridade com ecossistema Cloud e bancos de dados em nuvem, especialmente BigQuery.
