Aqui, valorizamos quem assume responsabilidades, busca fazer a diferença e trabalha em conjunto para construir soluções que movimentam todo o Grupo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar estudos de mercado: share, segmentação, potencial de mercado, evolução de volumes por região/rota e sazonalidade do frete fracionado.Investigar as causas por trás de movimentos de mercado e de performance, indo além da descrição dos dados para explicar o que está acontecendo e por quê.Propor hipóteses, ideias e oportunidades a partir das análises, contribuindo para a construção de teses de novos negócios e recomendações para a liderança.Coletar, tratar e consolidar bases de dados internas e externas, garantindo qualidade e consistência das informações.Monitorar a concorrência: lançamentos de serviços, ajustes tarifários, expansão de malhas e parcerias.Acompanhar indicadores macroeconômicos e setoriais que impactam a demanda por frete (atividade econômica, diesel, e-commerce, safra, entre outros).Construir e manter dashboards e relatórios recorrentes de mercado e performance.Apoiar diagnósticos que envolvem várias áreas (Comercial, Operação, Finanças), levantando e organizando dados para a construção de planos de ação.Preparar materiais e apresentações com análises, conclusões e recomendações para a liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia (Produção/Logística), Estatística, Finanças, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Excel avançado.Requisitos Desejáveis/Diferenciais:Experiência em empresas de logística de grande porte com alta complexidade de malha.Atuação em Inteligência de Mercado, Novos Negócios, Planejamento Estratégico, Pricing, FP&A ou M&A.Noções de DRE e modelagem financeira.Informações adicionaisConvênio Médico.Convênio Odontológico.Convênio Farmácia.Wellhub.Vale Alimentação.Seguro de Vida.Vale Transporte ou Fretado.Participação nos Lucros.
