Por isso, todas as nossas vagas também são destinadas a profissionais com deficiência (PcD), reforçando nosso compromisso com um ambiente plural, respeitoso e colaborativo.👉 Agora queremos te contar mais sobre a vaga de Analista de Legalização na área de Legalização e como você pode construir o futuro junto com a gente.#VemPraTendaResponsabilidades e atribuições·      Identificar as licenças necessárias para a legalização do empreendimento, com fins de Lançamento e execução das obras do mesmo, conforme legislação vigente e garantir o protocolo de processo de aprovação de todas elas;·      Conferir licenças quando da emissão, controlar prazo de validade e condicionantes das mesmas, acompanhando o prazo de execução do serviço junto à equipe de Operações e promovendo as renovações, quando necessárias;·      Orientar e esclarecer a equipe de Operações, antes e durante a execução de obra, quanto às recomendações e condicionantes das licenças, autorizações e aprovações e apoiar no cumprimento das exigências necessárias para o termo de conclusão da obra "Habite-se";·      Acompanhar e avaliar as alterações de projeto após emissão de alvará e possíveis impactos perante os órgãos públicos licenciadores, com foco nos termos de conclusão da obra "Habite-se";·      Buscar agilidade e assertividade no atendimento das notas de exigência técnica ("Convite/Comunique-se") dos processos em andamento para não atrasar a aprovação;·      Participar de reuniões estratégicas com os técnicos dos órgãos públicos, a nível de analista/coordenação do órgão;·      Receber e encaminhar notificações dos órgãos públicos licenciadores, relativas a questionamentos sobre licenças e aprovações, e direcionar às áreas competentes pela causa e/ou resolução da situação (Jurídico contencioso e/ou Operações e/ou Negócios);·      Compatibilizar informações dos documentos técnico-legais com o memorial descritivo elaborado pelo Jurídico Imobiliário com fins de Registro de Incorporação do empreendimento no Cartório de Imóveis;·      Solicitar à área interna de Projetos (DPP), acompanhar a entrega e conferir os projetos legais de arquitetura para aprovação na Prefeitura;·      Contratar e acompanhar fornecedores externos para variados serviços.
