Organizar e reprogramar os atendimentos conforme prioridade, localização e recursos necessários, assegurando produtividade, cumprimento dos prazos e qualidade no atendimento. Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Planejar e distribuir os serviços a campo conforme prioridade, localização, disponibilidade e competência técnica.2. Roteirizar os atendimentos, reduzindo deslocamentos, custos e tempo de resposta.3. Controlar a capacidade operacional, considerando horas disponíveis, programação, backlog e emergências.4. Verificar previamente Ordens de Serviço, peças, ferramentas e informações necessárias à execução.5. Confirmar e comunicar programações aos clientes e às equipes técnicas.6. Reprogramar atendimentos diante de imprevistos e mudanças de prioridade.7. Acompanhar a execução da agenda, atuar sobre desvios e escalar situações críticas.8. Monitorar indicadores operacionais e manter os sistemas atualizados.9. Identificar oportunidades adicionais de serviços e encaminhá-las às áreas responsáveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento em Administração, Logística, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Desejável experiência de 1 a 2 anos em planejamento, programação de serviços, logística, assistência técnica, oficina ou operações.
