Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar, desenvolver e promover adequações nos processos logísticos relacionados ao recebimento, movimentação, armazenamento e controle de materiais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e aumento da confiabilidade dos estoques.Elaborar, implementar e manter protocolos, instruções e procedimentos de trabalho relacionados à gestão e controle de estoques, garantindo a aderência aos processos estabelecidos.Apoiar a gestão na tomada de decisão por meio da análise de indicadores, elaboração de estudos e disponibilização de informações relevantes relacionadas à acuracidade dos estoques e controles logísticos.Implementar e monitorar indicadores sob sua responsabilidade, realizando análises críticas dos resultados, identificando desvios, causas raízes e oportunidades de melhoria.Conduzir inventários cíclicos e/ou eventuais dos estoques, organizando, realizando e/ou acompanhando inventários cíclicos e gerais, analisando movimentações, documentos fiscais, saldos, transferências e divergências, efetuando conciliações sistêmicas e promovendo ações para aumento da acuracidade dos estoques.Analisar movimentações de materiais no SAP, identificando inconsistências entre estoque físico e sistêmico, investigando causas e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Realizar conciliações de estoque através da análise de recebimentos, consumos, transferências, devoluções, ajustes e demais movimentações de materiais.Desenvolver, implementar e aprimorar ferramentas de controle, relatórios, dashboards e mecanismos de monitoramento que contribuam para a governança e confiabilidade das informações de estoque.Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e indicadores de acuracidade dos estoques, analisando resultados de inventários, ajustes e divergências, disponibilizando informações gerenciais e propondo ações de melhoria para aumento da confiabilidade dos controles.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Almoxarifado, Produção, PCP, Qualidade, Fiscal e demais áreas envolvidas para tratamento de divergências e fortalecimento dos controles de estoque.Conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua voltados à redução de divergências, mitigação de perdas, fortalecimento dos controles internos e aumento da acuracidade dos estoques.Realizar o controle e acompanhamento dos itens obsoletos, analisando informações e apoiando a correta destinação dos materiais.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos processos de inventário e controle de estoques, disponibilizando análises, evidências e informações necessárias.Executar atividades adicionais compatíveis com a natureza e complexidade do cargo, conforme demanda da área e orientação da gestão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Graduação concluída em Administração de Empresas, Logística ou áreas afins;Excel intermediário;Gerenciamento de Projetos - básico;Vivência em áreas de logística e/ou de produção;Experiência em gestão de estoques e inventários cíclicos;Experiência com análise de movimentações e conciliações de estoque; Vivência com indicadores e análise de dados;

Conhecimento e experiência prática em SAP
