Nesta função, você será responsável por garantir a qualidade das campanhas com influenciadoras, acompanhando a execução de ponta a ponta, analisando resultados e contribuindo ativamente para a evolução contínua da nossa estratégia. Se você ama o universo da influência e quer conectar moda, autoestima e propósito, seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia na Toda Up, você vai fazer na prática:Criar briefings para influenciadoras.Aprovar conteúdos e direcionar para esteira de edição.Acompanhar e validar entregas.Gerenciar envios de produtos (pedidos, reposições e rastreios).Criar e ajustar cupons em períodos promocionais.Organizar envios de lançamentos e ações especiais.Analisar performance por influenciadora (faturamento, ROI, alcance e views geradas).Construir e atualizar relatórios de performance da área.Acompanhar metas e indicadores de marketing de influência.Propor melhorias contínuas nas campanhas com base em dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você deve ser/ter para esta vaga:Experiência prévia comprovada com marketing de influência.Perfil analítico com foco em organização, planejamento e metas.Comunicação clara, empática e escrita gramaticalmente correta (você será a voz com as nossas parceiras).Atitude proativa para resolver problemas e fazer as coisas acontecerem.Criatividade para pensar em pautas e formatos de conteúdo que fujam do óbvio.Facilidade para transformar dados brutos em planos de ação.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência prévia com mercado da moda ou beleza.
