Nesta posição, você fará parte do time de Marketing, sendo responsável por transformar roteiros e ideias em vídeos que geram conexão e resultados para nossas marcas. Sua missão será atuar na edição, criação de motions e captação de vídeos, com foco em performance e mídia paga, utilizando inteligência artificial para potencializar a produção, a qualidade e a escala das entregas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEditar vídeos e criar motions para campanhas de marketing e mídia paga;Transformar roteiros e storyboards em peças audiovisuais com ritmo, narrativa e foco em conversão;Criar versões e adaptações de vídeos para diferentes formatos e canais, especialmente conteúdos verticais;Participar da captação de vídeos dentro da estrutura da +A Educação, apoiando na operação de câmera, iluminação e áudio;Atuar junto à apresentadora e demais participantes durante as gravações;Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing e Performance, utilizando dados e resultados para aprimorar os conteúdos;Utilizar ferramentas de IA na geração, tratamento e otimização de assets de vídeo, imagem e áudio;Organizar arquivos, projetos e materiais no Drive e acompanhar demandas pelo ClickUp;Garantir alto padrão de qualidade e acabamento nas entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com edição de vídeo e domínio de Premiere, After Effects e/ou DaVinci;Conhecimento de motion, ritmo, cortes e narrativa audiovisual;Experiência com captação de vídeo, incluindo câmera, iluminação e áudio;Conhecimento de formatos para mídia paga e redes sociais, especialmente vídeos verticais;Experiência ou familiaridade com IA aplicada à produção audiovisual;Organização para trabalhar com arquivos, projetos, demandas e prazos;Disponibilidade para participar de captações presenciais;Perfil colaborativo, criativo e com interesse em testar novas ferramentas e formatos.Diferenciais:Experiência com vídeos orientados a performance;Conhecimento de leitura de métricas como CTR, CPC e conversão;Experiência com produção de conteúdo para marketing educacional.Informações adicionaisNossos benefíciosContamos com Vale Alimentação, Vale Refeição e Vale Transporte.Cuidamos da sua saúde!
