Tradição e Modernidade são o coração dos nossos negócios. Com a capacidade de antecipar tendências, a JHSF traz soluções inovadoras para os segmentos em que atua, e estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Obras Júnior para surpreender e inspirar, dando suporte as áreas de negócio, com propriedade e paixão em cada processo. Venha fazer parte do time e transformar conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a conclusão das obras, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e compromissos de entrega.Atuar presencialmente em obras de alto padrão com foco na entrega para clientes finais e operação.Organizar e controlar a documentação técnica das obras para formalização e transferência à área de operações.Realizar interface com fornecedores, construtoras, gerenciadoras e arquitetos responsáveis pelos projetos.Acompanhar e prestar suporte aos clientes durante o processo de entrega dos empreendimentos.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Jurídica, Financeira e Engenharia, assegurando o alinhamento das demandas.Acompanhar obras de residências, apartamentos e amenities, incluindo acabamentos, sistemas de ar-condicionado, marcenaria e mobiliário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Arquitetura ou Engenharia.Vivência em acompanhamento de obras e atuação em campo.Conhecimento em Pacote Office e AutoCAD.Habilidade de negociação e gestão de relacionamento com diferentes stakeholders.
