Unidade de Negócio: Sem PararLocal de trabalho: São Paulo/SPModelo de trabalho: Híbrido 2x3 (ida ao escritório duas vezes na semana)Missão da área que você irá atuar: Atuar na análise e solução de demandas de consumidores, Banco Central, órgãos de defesa do consumidor e demais canais de Ouvidoria, transformando a voz do cliente em inteligência para o negócio, promovendo melhorias contínuas, conformidade regulatória e evolução da experiência do cliente.Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Garantir o tratamento conclusivo e tempestivo das manifestações de Ouvidoria, identificar causas-raiz, gerar insights para melhoria de processos, apoiar iniciativas de simplificação e automação, e contribuir para a eficiência operacional e qualidade da experiência do cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar e tratar demandas de Ouvidoria, Bacen, órgãos de defesa do consumidor e demais canais regulatórios.Elaborar respostas técnicas, fundamentadas e dentro dos prazos regulatórios.Realizar análises de recorrência e causa-raiz, propondo melhorias para processos e jornadas.Utilizar ferramentas de IA, análise de dados e automação para ganho de produtividade e qualidade.Produzir relatórios, apresentações executivas e recomendações para áreas parceiras.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:Experiência em Ouvidoria e/ou atendimento a Bacen, órgãos de defesa do consumidor ou órgãos reguladores.Superior completo.Vivência com análise de indicadores, qualidade, causa-raiz e melhoria contínua.Excelente comunicação escrita e capacidade de elaborar respostas técnicas e conclusivas.Certificação/Capacitação em Ouvidoria ou disponibilidade para atender aos requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis ao cargo. Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se tiver:Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas equivalentes.Experiência com Inteligência Artificial generativa, automação ou digitalização de processos.Conhecimento de normativos relacionados à Ouvidoria e defesa do consumidor.Inglês intermediário.Formação em Direito, Administração, Relações de Consumo, Comunicação, Engenharia, Dados ou áreas correlatas.
