Missão do cargo: conduzir com autonomia os processos de orçamento, forecast e análise de performance financeira, atuando como referência técnica para a área e como parceiro de negócio (business partner) de outras áreas da companhia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades

•     Elaborar e consolidar o orçamento anual (budget) e as revisões de forecast

•     Realizar análises de orçado vs. realizado, apontando causas de desvio e oportunidades de melhoria

•     Construir e manter modelos financeiros

•     Analisar receitas, custos, despesas, CAPEX e OPEX

•     Apoiar o fechamento gerencial, garantindo consistência entre os relatórios e a contabilidade

•     Preparar relatórios e apresentações com KPIs para a liderança

•     Atuar como business partner de áreas como Comercial, Suprimentos ou Administrativo

•     Participar de iniciativas de automação, melhoria de processos e desenvolvimento de dashboards.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos

•     Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas

•     Experiência mínima de 6 meses em Planejamento Financeiro, Controladoria ou FP&A

•     Excel intermediário a avançado

•     Domínio de DRE e balanço patrimonial

•     Boa comunicação para apresentar resultados a diferentes níveis hierárquicos
