Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na área de FP&A com foco em planejamento financeiro, análise de receita, custos e margens. A posição terá forte interface com áreas como Comercial, Pricing, Marketing, Contabilidade e Controladoria, contribuindo para a transformação de dados em insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão da diretoria e acionistas. Atuará em um momento estratégico de evolução da área, apoiando iniciativas de automação, melhoria de processos e construção de análises cada vez mais robustas e confiáveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apurar, consolidar e analisar indicadores de receita, margem e rentabilidade.Realizar análises de variações de preço, mix de produtos, custos e verbas comerciais, que impactam o resultado.Apoiar os processos mensais de fechamento gerencial, realizando tratamentos, conciliações e validações de dados provenientes do SAP e demais bases corporativas.Construir análises comparativas entre realizado, orçamento e forecast, identificando desvios e oportunidades.Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados.Automatizar processos e rotinas de fechamento por meio de SQL, bancos de dados, ferramentas analíticas e Inteligência Artificial.Apoiar a elaboração e atualização do orçamento, forecast e apresentações executivas.Preparar materiais de resultado para diretoria e acionistas, garantindo alto nível de qualidade, confiabilidade e consistência das informações.Conduzir análises de receita e margem em nível de produto, categoria, marca e canal, apoiando a tomada de decisão do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas. Experiência prévia em FP&A, Controladoria ou Finanças Corporativas. Vivência com análises de receita, margem, rentabilidade, forecast e orçamento. Experiência com fechamento gerencial e tratamento de bases de dados financeiras. Pacote Office Avançado. Conhecimento em Power BI, SQL ou ferramentas de análise e automação de dados. Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à rotina financeira (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude ou similares). Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado à solução de problemas. Facilidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas e capacidade de traduzir dados em recomendações de negócio. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Divinópolis/MG. 

Diferenciais

Experiência em indústria de bens de consumo, cosméticos, farmacêutica, higiene, saúde ou segmentos manufatureiros. Experiência em projetos de automação de processos financeiros, construção de data lakes, consultas SQL e integração de bases. Participação em iniciativas de transformação digital e modernização da área financeira.Conhecimento em SAP.
