Vem ser Cimed! Objetivo da PosiçãoAtuar de forma estratégica no planejamento, na avaliação financeira projetos estratégicos, investimentos e|ou novos produtos.Controle financeiro e post-mortem de projetos garantindo aderência aos objetivos orçamentários, mitigação de riscos financeiros e suporte à tomada de decisão. Será o elo entre as áreas de inovação, negócio e operações, com forte foco em modelagem, análise de viabilidade e gestão de desempenho econômico-financeiro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver estudos de viabilidade econômico-financeira para novos projetos, investimentos e iniciativas estratégicas;Construir e atualizar modelos financeiros completos (DRE, fluxo de caixa, balanço, VPL, TIR, payback, EVA, entre outros);Construir e validar modelos financeiros em Excel e/ou ferramentas de BI;Desenvolver modelos financeiros robustos para simulação de cenários e apoio à decisão;Apoiar áreas de negócios na tomada de decisão através de simulações de cenários e análise de sensibilidade.Controlar custos e capex dos projetos, monitorando desvios, riscos e oportunidades;Monitorar o desempenho dos projetos aprovados e revisar estimativas com base na execução real;Apoiar na definição de KPIs financeiros e garantir o monitoramento contínuo dos mesmos;Trabalhar em parceria com PMO e áreas técnicas para garantir aderência financeira dos cronogramas e entregas dos projetos;Elaborar relatórios executivos e apresentações para a alta gestão e comitês de investimento;Propor melhorias nos processos de controle e governança financeira dos projetos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado um diferencial;Sólida experiência em DRE, fluxo de caixa e indicadores de financeiros;Conhecimento em análise de viabilidade financeira de projetos;Excel avançado e conhecimento de ferramentas de modelagem e análise financeira (Power BI, VBA, etc.);Capacidade analítica, visão de negócios e forte orientação a resultados;Facilidade de comunicação e influência em diferentes níveis da organização;Inglês avançado (desejável).Informações adicionaisNo processo pode ser aplicado teste técnico de acordo com a necessidade da área.Local: Faria Lima - SP;Horário: Flexível;Modalidade de Trabalho: 100% Presencial.
