A equipe apoia as áreas de atendimento e os clientes, proporcionando soluções técnicas adequadas, especialmente em projetos com maior especificidade e complexidade, com o objetivo de melhoria contínua e implementação de inovações para os negócios.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o entendimento do projeto junto com a área de atendimento.Programar scripts de tabelas e consistências, tendo como base a norma de processamento e materiais pertinentes ao JOB;Criar e conferir relatório de tabelas através da norma de processamento (Bandeiras, bases, testes);Garantir as entregas dos projetos dentro dos cronogramas pré-estabelecidos, acompanhando os processos envolvidos (final de campo, digitação, codificação e consistência);Buscar soluções sobre problemas encontrados na execução dos projetos;Informar qualquer problema que tenha percebido durante a leitura dos questionários com o responsável pelo projeto (atendimento);Organizar material final em meio eletrônico: questionário final, norma de processamento e ocorrências pertinente à execução do projeto;Garantir a rastreabilidade e a documentação correta do Processamento do Job na rede;Constante olhar para identificar e implementar melhorias nos processos existentes com dois focos: melhoria de performance operacional e diminuição das chances de erro.Desenho de checklists para os principais projetos da empresa que estão sob responsabilidade da área de processamento.Treinamento e orientação de integrantes da equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação desejável: Estatística, Matemática, Computação, Processamento de Dados e afins.Conhecimentos técnicos: Pacote Office Avançado, nível avançado de lógicas de programação. Necessário: conhecimento em um ou mais softwares/ferramentas de processamento.
