Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a execução financeira e as atividades dos projetos, verificando se estão de acordo com o plano de trabalho, orçamento, metas e prazos; Conferir e validar notas fiscais, despesas, pagamentos, rateios e demais documentos financeiros dos projetos;Acompanhar o orçamento dos projetos, verificando valores previstos, realizados, saldos e possíveis desvios; Identificar riscos financeiros e necessidades de ajustes ou remanejamentos no orçamento e informar os responsáveis pelo projeto; Manter organizados e atualizados os documentos financeiros dos projetos durante toda a sua execução;Elaborar e enviar as prestações de contas financeiras, de acordo com as regras, documentos e prazos de cada órgão ou patrocinador; Conferir os relatórios e documentos da execução física dos projetos para garantir que estejam de acordo com as informações da prestação de contas;  Acompanhar e responder ás solicitações, pendências e diligências dos órgãos financiadores e patrocinadores; Controlar os prazos dos projetos, incluindo vigência, prestação de contas, remanejamentos, prorrogações, diligências e devolução de saldo; Conduzir o encerramento financeiros dos projetos, conferindo despesas, saldos, rendimentos, devoluções de recursos e documentação final;Gerenciar junto ás áreas de Financeiro, Fiscal, RH, Compras e Coordenação de Projetos a obtenção das informações e documentos necessários para a execução financeira e a prestação de contas;Participar das reuniões de acompanhamento dos projetos, registrando decisões, pendências e encaminhamentos;Elaborar ofícios, respostas e outros documentos para órgãos públicos e patrocinadores, quando necessário;Orientar as equipes sobre as regras e procedimentos relacionados á execução e prestação de contas dos projetos;Manter-se atualizado sobre as leias, normas e regras aplicáveis aos projetos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis e áreas correlatas; Experiência mínima de 6 meses em organizações do Terceiro Setor, atuando diretamente na prestação de contas de projetos aprovados em leis de incentivo como Rouanet, Fumcad, Pronas, Condeca, entre outros;Conhecimento em Excel e sistemas financeiros/ERP;Elaboração de relatórios, ofícios e respostas a diligências.  Informações adicionais🍽️ Vale Alimentação + Vale Refeição;
