Descrição do cargo:Elaborar, coordenar e compatibilizar projetos mecânicos, industriais e de sistemas fluidaulatórios/térmicos em todas as suas etapas, definindo materiais, especificações técnicas, diagramas e metodologias. Atuar na fiscalização técnica de fabricações, montagens e instalações industriais, bem como na gestão de documentos e controle de custos de engenharia, garantindo a fidelidade dos projetos, conformidade normativa, segurança operacional e eficiência dos recursos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolvimento e Concepção de Projetos Mecânicos: Desenvolver estudos de viabilidade, anteprojetos, diagramas de fluxo, especificações e projetos executivos de sistemas mecânicos, tubulações, estruturas metálicas, conjuntos motrizes e utilidades industriais;Compatibilização de Projetos e Engenharia Multidisciplinar: Coordenar e compatibilizar os projetos mecânicos com as demais disciplinas da engenharia (civil, elétrica, automação e arquitetura), mitigando interferências e erros geométricos ou operacionais antes da execução;Garantia de Conformidade Regulatória e Normativa: Garantir que todos os projetos desenvolvidos atendam rigorosamente às normas técnicas vigentes (ABNT, NR-11, NR-12, NR-13, ASME), preparando a documentação técnica para aprovações e auditorias;Orçamentação, Especificação e Engenharia de Custos: Executar o levantamento detalhado de quantitativos e emitir requisições técnicas de materiais e equipamentos mecânicos, fornecendo subsídios precisos para a elaboração de orçamentos e contratação de fornecedores;Fiscalização Técnica e Comissionamento (As-Built): Acompanhar e fiscalizar a fabricação, montagem e instalação de sistemas mecânicos em campo, garantindo a fidelidade aos projetos, realizando os ajustes necessários e elaborando o projeto as-built;Detalhamento Técnico e Modelagem 3D: Produzir desenhos técnicos detalhados, modelagens tridimensionais, listas de materiais e especificações construtivas necessárias para a fabricação mecânica e montagem industrial;Seleção e Especificação de Componentes: Pesquisar, selecionar e especificar componentes mecânicos (válvulas, bombas, compressores, redutores, tubulações e acabamentos), avaliando a relação custo-benefício, confiabilidade e ciclo de vida;Gestão de Chamados e Requisições no ERP: Utilizar e gerenciar sistemas internos corporativos (como Siga, GLPI, RM e Master Light) para abertura, acompanhamento e fechamento de solicitações de engenharia, compras e projetos;Emissão de Relatórios de Status e Cronogramas: Elaborar e atualizar periodicamente relatórios executivos de andamento de projetos e cronogramas de engenharia, reportando marcos concluídos e eventuais desvios à liderança;Suporte à Gestão e Conformidade: Cumprir as demandas estratégicas e operacionais solicitadas pelo gestor imediato e zelar pelo estrito cumprimento das diretrizes do Código de Conduta da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecânica;Domínio avançado de ferramentas de desenho e modelagem CAD 2D e 3D (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor ou softwares BIM equivalentes);Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office;Vivência em dimensionamento de tubulações, sistemas de bombeamento e estruturas metálicas leves, leitura de fluxogramas P&ID; e familiaridade com sistemas ERP.Requisitos Desejáveis:Pós-Graduação ou MBA Em Gestão de Projetos (padrão PMI) ou Engenharia de Manutenção/Industrial;Conhecimento na metodologia BIM (Revit/Navisworks) aplicada à mecânica.Informações adicionaisVale alimentação ou refeição (cartão Alelo de bandeira ELO, que funciona na modalidade crédito);Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida;Cartão Alelo Saldo Livre;Total Pass;Day Off;VA/VR nas férias;Programa Auster: suporte psicológico, orientação jurídica e financeira para o seu bem-estar;Saúde facilitada: consultas médicas online por meio da Salvia.
