Elaborar e implementar procedimentos e instruções de trabalho para assegurar os processos da qualidade, acompanhando as atividades dos laboratórios e processos, emitindo laudos de testes, efetuar inspeções/auditorias internas nos processos, manter os arquivos e informações da área de qualidade atualizadas, a fim de assegurar a confiabilidade dos resultados.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Realizar testes de viabilidade e esterilidade do laboratório microbiológico, análise de controle de qualidade e microbiológica ambiental, identificar microrganismos, registro e emissão de laudo dos testes. Inspecionar os processos de boas práticas de fabricação e produtivos, acompanhando a evolução das inspeções e comunicar os envolvidos;- Consultar fornecedores, solicitar cotações, inserir requisição de compra no sistema e emitir pedido de pagamento;- Acompanhar testes efetuados pelo controle de qualidade e testes realizados pela produção. Emitir relatório para envolvidos. Participar de implementação e manutenção de programas de qualidade;- Criar e revisar planos de controle de qualidade com base nas especificações de materiais, planos de amostragem e procedimentos vigentes. Efetuar a verificação e correção de estornos de lotes e materiais no sistema quando necessário;- Realizar inspeções/auditorias internas, gestão dos planos de ação das auditorias. Acompanhar teste piloto, participar na investigação de desvios, não conformidades, reclamações de clientes, implementar ações corretivas, plano de melhoria e acompanhamento do plano de ação;- Avaliar as amostras do sac e emitir parecer de acordo com procedimentos estabelecidos. Capacitar os técnicos, fornecedores e terceiristas nos processos do controle de qualidade. Suportar o desenvolvimento de produtos na definição/revisão de especificações;- Realizar gestão do controle de pragas, análises externas, garantir a gestão das autuações do Inmetro e documentação da polícia federal, vigilância sanitária e exército;- Providenciar a coleta de dados e acompanhar os indicadores da área da qualidade. Participar do programa 5s;- Elaborar e revisar documentos relacionados às atividades dos laboratórios, operacionais e acompanhar os treinamentos técnicos;- Revisar documentos/procedimentos, elaborar instruções de trabalho e gerir os documentos do sistema de gestão;- Elaborar planilhas e relatórios relacionados com a manutenção do sistema Gestão;- Realizar gestão da calibração dos equipamentos de medição;- Dar suporte às atividades do sistema da qualidade na área de Logística e Distribuição;- Emitir laudos da inutilização e descarte;- Participar/conduzir avaliações de não conformidade nos processos produtivos, logística, clientes, reclamações de consumidores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Farmácia, Química, Engenharia e afins.Conhecimentos em Normas e procedimentos da qualidade, Estatística básica e noções de microbiologia, Confiabilidade metrológica e Análises instrumentais.Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, BI e SAP.Inglês Avançado será um diferencial.
