Além disso, você terá uma atuação generalista, apoiando rotinas operacionais do time de Pessoas (RH), onboarding, comunicação interna e ações de engajamento, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e fortalecimento da cultura da Yooga.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, desde o alinhamento do perfil com as lideranças até a proposta e o fechamento da vaga.Planejar e executar estratégias de atração de talentos, utilizando diferentes canais de divulgação e mantendo o banco de talentos atualizado.Acompanhar indicadores de R&S e propor melhorias para aumentar a eficiência dos processos.Apoiar a revisão de descrições de cargos, requisitos e perfis profissionais, contribuindo para a assertividade das contratações.Conduzir o onboarding de novos admitidos, apoiando os processos de admissão e demais rotinas operacionais relacionadas à jornada de entrada.Apoiar atividades generalistas de RH, contribuindo para a organização e execução de processos e iniciativas da área.Participar do planejamento e da execução de ações de endomarketing, engajamento e eventos internos.Apoiar a comunicação interna, incluindo a elaboração de textos, materiais e artes para campanhas e comunicados.Apoiar iniciativas voltadas a experiência dos colaboradores.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar projetos e demandas diversas da área de Pessoas, conforme as necessidades do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção, e outras atividades básicas de RH;Organização, autonomia e boa capacidade de gestão de prioridades;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade para interagir com diferentes perfis;Perfil proativo, mão na massa e com disposição para atuar em diferentes frentes de RH em uma startup;  Olhar analítico para melhoria contínua de processos;Criatividade e interesse em ações de comunicação interna e engajamento;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, construir relações de confiança e lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente.Diferencial: experiência profissional em startup.
