Também atuará no acompanhamento de indicadores de RH, suporte às lideranças e colaboradores, gestão do programa de Jovem Aprendiz, além de contribuir com temas relacionados a relações trabalhistas e sindicais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê focará em:Apoiar os processos do ciclo de vida do colaborador;Conduzir e apoiar ações de clima, cultura, comunicação interna e engajamento;Organizar e acompanhar treinamentos obrigatórios e de desenvolvimento;Monitorar indicadores de RH, elaborando relatórios e análises;Prestar suporte a gestores e colaboradores sobre políticas, benefícios e processos internos;Apoiar iniciativas voltadas à experiência do colaborador;Atuar em homologações, audiências e temas trabalhistas quando necessário;Garantir a atualização e confiabilidade das informações nos sistemas e controles da área;Realizar a gestão e acompanhamento do programa de Jovem Aprendiz.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter: Formação superior completa em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em Recursos Humanos com atuação generalista;Conhecimento em Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Clima Organizacional e Avaliação de Desempenho;Noções de legislação trabalhista e relações sindicais;Vivência com indicadores de RH, como turnover, absenteísmo e headcount;Conhecimento em sistemas de RH (SAP, SuccessFactors, TOTVS, ADP ou similares);Excel intermediário ou avançado.
