Buscamos alguém que queira protagonizar mudanças regulatórias e de mercado que impactam diretamente o futuro da energia no Brasil.Como Analista de Regulação e Mercado III, você terá papel estratégico na construção de soluções regulatórias para novos projetos e empreendimentos existentes. Sua atuação conectará regulação, mercado e desenvolvimento de negócios em uma das maiores empresas de energia do país.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Elaborar contribuições técnicas para aprimoramentos legislativos e regulatórios propostos por órgãos do setor elétrico brasileiro.- Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento de obrigações regulatórias contidas nos Atos de Outorga e normas setoriais.- Apoiar o desenvolvimento de novos negócios com orientações regulatórias para participação em leilões e entrada em operação.- Representar a empresa em fóruns técnicos, associações setoriais e instituições do setor elétrico.- Elaborar pareceres sobre modelagem de negócios e propor mudanças regulatórias junto a entidades setoriais.- Gerenciar e aprimorar plataformas regulatórias de consulta pública, processos administrativos e projetos de lei.- Avaliar e propor posicionamento da companhia em discussões legislativas e regulatórias estratégicas.Requisitos e qualificações- Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Ciências Exatas, Ciências Sociais Aplicadas ou áreas correlatas.- Conhecimento avançado em regulação técnica e econômica do setor elétrico brasileiro.- Experiência intermediária em soluções regulatórias para projetos de Geração e Comercialização.- Conhecimento em análise de risco, viabilidade econômico-financeira e gestão de projetos.- Inglês avançado.- Perfil multidisciplinar com capacidade de transitar entre temas de mercado e regulamentação.- Diligência com prazos, maturidade emocional e habilidades de negociação.- Diferencial: experiência em modelagem de otimização ou contato com modelos de preço.Informações adicionaisPra você e seus dependentes.Plano médico e Odontológico.Exclusivos pra você.Vale Alimentação e/ou Refeição;Auxílio Transporte;Previdência privada;Seguro de vida em grupo;Academia / Programas de qualidade de vida;Programa de Idiomas;Programa de Remuneração Variável.
