Responsável por fomentar o relacionamento com os lojistas parceiros da Cidade Center Norte, atuando desde a prospecção até o acompanhamento da performance comercial para a área de fidelização, além de buscar novas oportunidades, visando uma relação equilibrada entre os interesses do consumidor final, lojistas parceiros e Center Norte.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar de forma proativa nos projetos e processos de prospecção de lojista para o programa de loyalty, assegurando o escopo proposto, ações, cronogramas e pessoas envolvidas, para cumprir prazos e alinhamentos necessários.Realizar a gestão orçamentária da área controlando os processos de contratação e pagamentos dos benefícios comerciais.Acompanhar de forma contínua a performance dos benefícios para o programa de loyalty, pensando em estratégias para potencializar os resultados e otimizar custos.Buscar referências externas de marcas, parceiros e fornecedores que estejam alinhados com a estratégia.Desenvolver relacionamento com lojistas e parceiros com foco no fortalecimento da parceria, identificação de oportunidades e proposição de soluções que agreguem valor ao negócio do lojista.Apoiar os lojistas parceiros nos processos do programa de loyalty, atuando como facilitador das conexões com o ecossistema de negócios (ações cross-equipamentos), com foco em gerar relações mais estratégicas, eficientes e orientadas a resultados.Analisar indicadores da área com o objetivo de identificar possíveis oportunidades de negócios.Apoiar no fortalecimento da cultura de sustentabilidade da empresa, respeitando as diretrizes, normas e políticas socioambientais aplicáveis. Assim, dentro de suas atribuições e responsabilidades, atuar sempre de forma ética, proativa, segura e responsável, minimizando os impactos ambientais, incidentes de trabalho, entre outros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Vivência sólida na área de Relacionamento, Comercial ou Parcerias.Vivência em prospecção B2B (Business to Business).Vivência com análise de vendas e atuação em Shopping Centers e/ou programas de fidelidade (loyalty).Conhecimento em Pacote Office.Conhecimento em rotinas comerciais.Desejável MBA, pós-graduação, especialização ou mestrado em Administração, Marketing, Relacionamento com Clientes, Negociação ou áreas correlatas.
