Analisar e acompanhar os processos de gerenciamento de riscos e seguros das operações de transporte, com autonomia nas rotinas e nas tratativas dentro das alçadas estabelecidas. Avaliar a aderência às apólices e aos procedimentos, acompanhar sinistros e custos e analisar indicadores, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas para reduzir perdas e apoiar as decisões da coordenação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar a aderência das operações às condições das apólices e aos planos de gerenciamento de riscos, identificando desvios e orientando as áreas sobre ações de regularização e prevenção de perdas.Acionar e acompanhar a regulação de sinistros, reunindo documentos, controlando prazos e pendências e articulando tratativas com corretoras, seguradoras e áreas internas até a conclusão do processo.Analisar e validar faturas de seguros e serviços de gerenciamento de riscos, conciliando valores e condições contratuais e tratando divergências antes do encaminhamento para aprovação e pagamento.Solicitar e acompanhar processos de vitimologia e executar bloqueios ou desbloqueios de motoristas nos sistemas mediante autorização, mantendo registros e observando as diretrizes internas de acesso e confidencialidade.Consolidar e analisar indicadores de sinistros, perdas, custos e prazos de atendimento, assegurando a consistência dos dados e apresentando causas de desvios e recomendações à coordenação.Investigar ocorrências e propor melhorias nos controles e processos, acompanhando a eficácia dos planos de ação e escalonando situações críticas ou fora de sua alçada à coordenação.Elaborar materiais e apoiar treinamentos sobre riscos e seguros, orientar as áreas operacionais e compartilhar conhecimentos para ampliar a aderência aos procedimentos, sem gestão formal de pessoas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Administração, Logística, Gestão de Seguros, Gestão de Riscos ou áreas correlatas.
