A empresa busca uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Sinistro, com foco na análise técnica e criteriosa de ocorrências, garantindo que cada processo seja conduzido com imparcialidade, agilidade e aderência ao regulamento interno.

Principais responsabilidades

Analisar avisos de sinistro, relatos, documentos, imagens e boletins de ocorrência; Verificar as circunstâncias do evento e identificar inconsistências ou divergências; Avaliar se o sinistro está de acordo com o regulamento da associação; Conferir a documentação necessária para a análise do processo; Solicitar informações ou documentos complementares quando necessário; Identificar possíveis indícios de irregularidades ou fraudes; Elaborar pareceres técnicos para aprovação, negativa ou encaminhamento para sindicância; Registrar e manter todas as informações atualizadas no sistema; Acompanhar os prazos internos de análise; Comunicar o andamento e a conclusão do processo com clareza aos responsáveis.

Experiência comprovada em análise de sinistros, preferencialmente em proteção veicular; Conhecimento dos processos de colisão, roubo, furto e perda total; Capacidade para interpretar documentos, regulamentos, relatos e evidências; Familiaridade com análise de boletins de ocorrência, imagens e documentação de apoio; Conhecimento de Excel e sistemas de gestão.
