Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Sistemas Sênior para atuar como referência técnica no ambiente TOTVS RM, com foco no módulo Folha de Pagamento (RM Labore).Procuramos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em sustentação de sistemas críticos, parametrização de folha e suporte às áreas de Departamento Pessoal. Mais do que resolver incidentes, esperamos alguém capaz de identificar causas-raiz, propor melhorias estruturais e garantir a confiabilidade das informações que sustentam processos essenciais para o negócio.Se você tem perfil analítico, gosta de resolver problemas complexos e acredita que tecnologia e processos caminham juntos, essa oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer referência funcional do TOTVS RM Backoffice, garantindo estabilidade e evolução da plataforma;Atender e acompanhar chamados dos módulos Financeiro, Contábil, Fiscal, Compras, Estoque e Faturamento;Investigar causas-raiz e atuar em problemas de parametrização, cadastro, permissões, processos, integrações e customizações;Padronizar e revisar configurações, processos e parametrizações entre coligadas e filiais;Homologar mudanças e validar processos ponta a ponta antes da aplicação em produção;Documentar soluções, procedimentos e parametrizações, mantendo bases de conhecimento atualizadas;Acompanhar releases, patches e alterações legais, avaliando impactos e coordenando testes;Capacitar usuários-chave e promover melhorias no uso da plataforma;Acompanhar indicadores de chamados, reincidência e estabilidade, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas;Sólido conhecimento no TOTVS RM, com domínio do módulo Folha de Pagamento / RM Labore;Conhecimento avançado em SQL Server para consultas, validações e investigação de dados;Experiência em implantação, upgrade e evolução de ambiente TOTVS RM, incluindo homologação e testes de mudanças;Vivência com automações, indicadores e gestão de chamados;Diferenciais:Experiência com folha de pagamento no segmento educacional;Pós-graduação ou certificações em Gestão de Projetos, Processos, Finanças, Contabilidade, Gestão Tributária, Sistemas de Informação ou produtos TOTVS.Conhecimento em integrações via APIs e WebServices;Experiência com eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf e demais obrigações acessórias;Experiência em implantação ou upgrade do ambiente TOTVS RM.Informações adicionaisConheça os nossos benefícios:🍽️ - Cartão Pluxee (Alimentação e Refeição);🏥 - Plano de saúde (SulAmérica);🦷 - Plano odontológico (Amil);👩🏾‍🎓 - Clube de benefícios (Descontos em faculdades, pós graduação e cursos de idiomas);👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 - Descontos para filhos em qualquer escola do Grupo Raiz Educação (Previsto em política interna);🎂 - Day-off de aniversário (Folga no aniversário);📊 - Ciclo de Desempenho (Rodada anual de autoavaliação, feedback e PDI).
