Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Suporte Jr/Pl para atuação residente em cliente, com foco principal na operação e sustentação da esteira de gestão e revisão de regras de firewall utilizando AlgoSec, além do suporte operacional a outras soluções de segurança da informação.Procuramos um profissional com perfil analítico, organizado e com interesse em desenvolvimento técnico na área de segurança, atuando diretamente no atendimento das demandas operacionais, governança de regras e apoio às equipes de infraestrutura e segurança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na operação da esteira de solicitações de firewall utilizando a plataforma AlgoSec;Realizar análise, validação e acompanhamento de requisições de criação, alteração e remoção de regras de firewall;Apoiar o processo de revisão e governança de políticas de segurança;Executar troubleshooting básico e suporte operacional em soluções de segurança;Acompanhar fluxos de aprovação, compliance e documentação das mudanças;Interagir com equipes de redes, infraestrutura, segurança e fornecedores;Auxiliar no monitoramento e tratamento de incidentes relacionados a conectividade e segurança;Manter documentação técnica, procedimentos e registros atualizados;Apoiar auditorias e processos de conformidade relacionados às regras de segurança;Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais e automações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica ou superior em andamento/completa em Redes, Segurança da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos básicos/intermediários em:Redes TCP/IP;Firewalls e políticas de segurança;Conceitos de segurança da informação;Protocolos como HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSH e VPN;Experiência ou conhecimento em operação de firewalls e controle de acessos;Boa capacidade analítica e organização;Facilidade para trabalho em equipe e atendimento a clientes;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Informações adicionaisConhecimento ou experiência com AlgoSec;Experiência com soluções de firewall como Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet ou Cisco;Conhecimento em ferramentas de ITSM e gestão de chamados;Familiaridade com processos ITIL;Experiência prévia em ambiente corporativo ou operação residente;Conhecimento básico em SIEM, VPN, Proxy ou NAC;Certificações básicas de redes ou segurança serão consideradas diferencial.Perfil desejadoPerfil proativo e organizado;Facilidade para aprender novas tecnologias;Capacidade de trabalhar sob demanda e com múltiplas solicitações;Comprometimento com qualidade e cumprimento de processos;Interesse em desenvolvimento profissional na área de segurança da informação.
