Como Analista de Tesouraria Sênior, você vai cuidar da saúde financeira da Plano&Plano no dia a dia: controlar o caixa, garantir os recursos para os compromissos da empresa e fazer a ponte com bancos e instituições financeiras em aplicações, empréstimos e financiamentos. Você vai se reportar à Coordenação de Tesouraria. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer

Controlar o caixa da empresa, acompanhando diariamente o fluxo de caixa e os saldos das contas correntes dos empreendimentos; Garantir a disponibilidade de recursos para o Contas a Pagar, de acordo com as necessidades da operação; Apoiar a gestão de aplicações financeiras, empréstimos, distribuições e aportes de recursos, aplicando os valores excedentes e efetuando resgates junto aos bancos; Levantar e negociar com bancos e instituições financeiras as taxas de aplicação e investimento, além de acompanhar as tarifas bancárias cobradas; Apoiar a Gerência de Controladoria na elaboração do fluxo de caixa e na renovação de empréstimos de longo prazo; Controlar e acompanhar os financiamentos imobiliários (SFH – Sistema Financeiro de Habitação – e Minha Casa, Minha Vida) no módulo TRM do SAP; Preparar e analisar relatórios financeiros para parceiros e investidores; Controlar os cartões de saque da empresa, incluindo solicitação de novos cartões e reposição de saldo.

Requisitos e qualificações O que é essencial

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Finanças, Economia ou áreas afins; Experiência de pelo menos 4 anos em Tesouraria; Vivência com fluxo de caixa, aplicações financeiras e empréstimos; Experiência no relacionamento e na negociação com bancos e instituições financeiras.

Excel avançado; SAP, especialmente o módulo TRM; Conhecimento em financiamentos imobiliários (SFH e Minha Casa, Minha Vida); Experiência em incorporadoras ou construtoras.
