A empresa, do setor de turismo, busca um(a) Analista de TI Pleno para atuar na sustentação, infraestrutura e suporte dos processos de Tecnologia da Informação.

Principais Responsabilidades

Suporte e Treinamento: Suporte ao service help desk, resolver incidentes/problemas e capacitar os usuários finais no uso de aplicativos e recursos de TI.

Sistemas e ERP: Atuar nas configurações, atualizações de sistemas/ERP, controle de licenças de software e concessão de acessos.

Infraestrutura e Hardware: Instalar, configurar e manter novos hardwares, gerenciar armazenamento de dados e prover serviços de comunicação corporativa.

Redes e Segurança: Garantir a segurança da informação, monitorar a rede de comunicação corporativa e realizar a manutenção do sistema de câmeras de segurança (CCTV).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações

Experiência prévia como Analista de TI (nível Pleno) em suporte, infraestrutura e gestão de sistemas.

Conhecimento prático em sustentação de ERP, gestão de acessos e controle de ativos de TI.

Vivência na administração de redes, segurança da informação e sistemas de CFTV/câmeras.

Boa comunicação interpessoal para realizar treinamento de usuários e atendimento de chamados.

Formação Acadêmica

Ensino Superior Completo em Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas

correlatas.

· Cabeamento estruturado

· Redes em modo geral

· Firewall – Appliance

· Roteadores sem fio – AP

· Switchs

· Pacote Office - Conhecimento mínimo em Excel.

· Help Desk

· Anydesk

· Vivência em configuração, parametrização e suporte contínuo a sistemas ERP (ex.: TOTVS, SAP, Cigam/Senior, Linx ou ERPs específicos do setor de turismo).

· Instalação, diagnóstico e montagem de novos hardwares, desktops, notebooks e periféricos.

· Gestão de armazenamento de dados (Storage, servidores de arquivos, backups físicos e em nuvem - AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud).

· Aplicação das boas práticas de Segurança da Informação (Políticas de segurança, Antivírus/EDR, prevenção a incidentes e adequação à LGPD).
