Vaga temporária para cobertura de licença maternidade.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar projetos estratégicos de atração, ativação e engajamento de corretores, conectando as prioridades do negócio às estratégias de Trade Marketing e Comercial;Atuar próximo às lideranças comerciais e áreas de negócio, entendendo desafios e transformando necessidades em projetos, campanhas e iniciativas;Conduzir projetos de ponta a ponta, desde o diagnóstico e definição da estratégia até planejamento, execução, acompanhamento de resultados e evolução das iniciativas;Estruturar e acompanhar projetos voltados à atração de novos corretores, contribuindo para a construção de jornadas, propostas de valor, campanhas, canais de comunicação e estratégias de ativação;Planejar e executar campanhas comerciais, de incentivo, ativação e engajamento;Desenvolver planos de comunicação e ativação para diferentes momentos da jornada do corretor, conectando atração, relacionamento, engajamento e conversão;Realizar a governança dos projetos sob sua gestão, acompanhando escopo, cronograma, prioridades, responsáveis, entregas e principais marcos;Coordenar a atuação de diferentes áreas e parceiros envolvidos nos projetos, promovendo alinhamento entre Trade, Comercial, Marketing, Comunicação, Produto, Tecnologia e demais stakeholders;Atuar em parceria com as áreas comerciais na construção de soluções voltadas à expansão, relacionamento e resultados;Acompanhar indicadores e resultados das iniciativas, transformando dados em insights, aprendizados e recomendações de melhoria;Mapear oportunidades de evolução na jornada de atração e relacionamento com corretores, propondo novos projetos, formatos, campanhas e soluções;Apoiar a construção e o desdobramento do planejamento anual de Trade Marketing, contribuindo para o calendário de iniciativas, prioridades comerciais e projetos estratégicos;Apoiar projetos especiais e iniciativas de novos negócios, expansão e transformação comercial;Estruturar apresentações executivas, status reports e materiais de acompanhamento dos projetos;Garantir a conexão das iniciativas com a estratégia comercial e o posicionamento da marca.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Trade Marketing, Marketing, Gestão de Projetos, Comunicação ou áreas Comerciais;Experiência com gestão de projetos de ponta a ponta, envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders e diferentes frentes de trabalho;Vivência com campanhas comerciais, campanhas de incentivo, ativação, relacionamento ou aquisição de públicos;Experiência ou conhecimento em projetos de atração, engajamento ou expansão de redes comerciais será considerado diferencial;Vivência com áreas comerciais e conhecimento da dinâmica de vendas, canais, regionais e públicos de negócio;Conhecimento em planejamento, acompanhamento de indicadores e análise de resultados;Experiência na elaboração de cronogramas, planos de ação e acompanhamento de projetos;Experiência na elaboração de apresentações executivas e materiais de acompanhamento;Conhecimento em Inglês (básico/intermediário) será considerado desejável.
