Acreditamos no poder da informação como ferramenta de transformação social, capacitando e preparando as pessoas para os desafios do futuro.Se você é um profissional flexível, possui visão estratégica, excelente comunicação, facilidade para ensinar e adora propor novas ideias pedagógicas e tecnológicas, aqui é o seu lugar!Sua missão será:Atuar no desenvolvimento, facilitação e mensuração de treinamentos personalizados para operações de Contact Center, impulsionando os indicadores de performance (KPIs) e a formação contínua dos times de atendimento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do desenvolvimento de programas de treinamento personalizados;Facilitar sessões de treinamento dinâmicas para as equipes de SAC, Backoffice, Cobrança, Retenção e Vendas;Avaliar o impacto do treinamento na melhoria contínua do desempenho da equipe;Colaborar ativamente na identificação de lacunas e áreas de melhoria no desempenho operacional;Auxiliar na criação e elaboração de materiais de treinamento e recursos didáticos interativos;Mentorar e apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico de analistas de treinamento juniores;Realizar avaliações de reação e aprendizagem, coletando feedback estruturado dos participantes;Fornecer suporte na implementação e aculturamento de novos processos e procedimentos;Manter-se atualizado sobre as principais tendências, metodologias ágeis e tecnologias de treinamento;Contribuir com recomendações estratégicas para aprimorar a área de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Pedagogia, Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Sólida experiência em Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D), especialmente em operações de Atendimento ao Cliente;Domínio em Gestão de Projetos e facilitação de treinamentos (excelente comunicação e didática);Domínio do Pacote Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);Conhecimento prático no sistema SAP voltado a Atendimento ao Cliente;Experiência na gestão da plataforma Moodle (gerenciamento de matrículas, distribuição de conteúdos, aplicação de avaliações e acompanhamento de desempenho das operações de atendimento e vendas);Conhecimento e prática na utilização das seguintes ferramentas de autoria e criação:Sparkol VideoScribe (criação de vídeos animados);Wordwall (criação de atividades gamificadas, quizzes e caça-palavras);Adobe Captivate (desenvolvimento de conteúdos e-learning);Adobe Illustrator (criação e edição de gráficos vetoriais);Pixton (criação de histórias em quadrinhos).Será considerado um diferencial:Pós-graduação ou especialização na área de Educação Corporativa, Gestão de Pessoas ou Metodologias Ativas de Aprendizagem.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica e odontológica;Day off de aniversário;Casual every day;Vale-transporte;Restaurante Interno;Seguro de Vida;Acesso ao conteúdo digital completo do Estadão;Descontos exclusivos em instituições de ensino;Auxílio Psicológico - Wellz;Plano Pet;Wellhub (antigo Gympass);Previdência Privada - OESPREV;Clube de Vantagens Estadão.Local de Trabalho: Avenida Engenheiro Caetano Álvares, 55 – Bairro Limão – São Paulo/SP – Zona Norte.Horário de Trabalho: Das 09h00 às 18h00 - de segunda a sexta - Modelo Híbrido - terça, quarta e quinta-feira presencial.
