Buscamos um(a) Analista de Treinamento PL para atuar de forma estratégica na evolução do time Comercial, desenvolvendo trilhas de aprendizagem, conteúdos modernos e treinamentos que aumentem engajamento e performance. A posição envolve mapear necessidades, aplicar metodologias atuais, usar IA na criação de materiais e acompanhar indicadores para medir impacto.O perfil ideal é de alguém dinâmico(a), criativo(a), analítico(a), com excelente comunicação, domínio de ferramentas educacionais e postura consultiva para influenciar áreas e propor soluções de desenvolvimento.Responsabilidades e atribuições

Nesta posição você será responsável por: Apoiar a estruturação e atualização de processos, materiais e ações de desenvolvimento;Desenvolver e acompanhar iniciativas de treinamento e capacitação;Criar conteúdos e apoiar a implementação de ações de aprendizagem.Monitorar indicadores e propor melhorias contínuas nos programas de desenvolvimento;Atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas para garantir o alinhamento das iniciativas;Contribuir para a organização, governança e evolução dos processos da área;Utilizar ferramentas e tecnologias para otimizar a experiência de aprendizagem e os resultados dos treinamentos.Requisitos e qualificações Experiências desejadas:Ensino Superior completo em áreas correlatas a Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional;Criação de conteúdos educacionais (Canva, PowerPoint e CapCut) e uso de IA para produção e adaptação de materiais;Aplicação de metodologias ativas (Gamificação e PBL) e métodos modernos de aprendizagem (microlearning e blended learning);Operação de LMS/LXP (preferencialmente Beedoo) e análise de dados para mensurar a efetividade dos treinamentos;Estruturação de trilhas completas de aprendizagem.Diferenciais: Atuação em áreas de Vendas;Vivência em ambiente dinâmico e de alta demanda;Habilidades e comportamentos que fazem a diferença:Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Perfil proativo e orientado para resultados;Capacidade de negociação;Organização e disciplina na execução das atividades.
