A Funcional Health Tech é movida pela certeza de que a Saúde é o pilar principal da vida das pessoas, por isso quebramos barreiras para promovê-la de forma sustentável. Para realizar nosso propósito, inovamos todos os dias unindo pessoas, tecnologia e dados para prover o ecossistema da saúde com soluções que geram eficiência e sustentabilidade em toda a cadeia.Aqui, você irá participar, de maneira direta ou indireta, da criação de novas soluções para os mais diversos serviços de saúde porque essa é a missão diária de todos nós na Funcional.  Pesquisamos, criamos e fazemos acontecer, porque está em nosso DNA.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua missão como Desenvolvedor Pleno, será: Desenvolver e manter aplicações robustas utilizando PHP, TypeScript e Node.js, garantindo soluções escaláveis e de alta performance.Garantir a qualidade do código através de boas práticas de desenvolvimento, incluindo testes automatizados, revisões de código (code reviews), e identificação proativa de problemas.Participar da definição e evolução de produtos, colaborando com as áreas de UX/UI, produto e negócio para entregar soluções que atendam às necessidades dos clientes.Implementar e gerenciar pipelines de CI/CD para garantir a entrega contínua de software com alta qualidade e baixa latência.Colaborar com a equipe para melhorar processos de desenvolvimento e promover uma cultura de entrega ágil e contínua.Monitorar e otimizar a performance das aplicações, identificando gargalos e propondo melhorias.Participar ativamente das fases de planejamento e análise de novos projetos, ajudando na escolha de tecnologias e arquitetura.Atuar como líder técnico em projetos complexos, orientando e auxiliando outros desenvolvedores em sua evolução profissional.Realizar a integração contínua com outras plataformas e APIs externas (RESTful, GraphQL, etc.).Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara isso, esperamos que você possua conhecimentos e experiências em: PHP: Sólida experiência com frameworks como Laravel, Symfony ou Zend, e profundo conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas.TypeScript: Experiência avançada no desenvolvimento de sistemas utilizando TypeScript, tanto para back-end (Node.js) quanto para front-end (frameworks como Angular, React, ou Vue.js).Node.js: Profundo conhecimento na construção de microserviços, APIs escaláveis e aplicações com Node.js, usando frameworks como Express.js ou NestJS.Testes Automatizados: Familiaridade com frameworks de testes (Jest, Mocha, PHPUnit, etc.) para garantir a cobertura de testes e a qualidade do código.CI/CD: Experiência prática com pipelines de integração contínua e entrega contínua (CI/CD) utilizando ferramentas como Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI ou Travis CI.Controle de versão: Experiência sólida com Git e práticas de versionamento de código.Qualidade de código: Implementação de boas práticas de desenvolvimento como Clean Code, Code Reviews, e Design Patterns.APIs: Forte conhecimento em APIs RESTful, GraphQL e web services.Banco de dados: Experiência com SQL e NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).Docker e Kubernetes (desejável): Experiência com containers, orquestração e deploys de containers em ambientes de produção.Habilidades que vão fazer você chamar nossa atenção: Experiência em Arquitetura de Software: Capacidade de projetar sistemas distribuídos e soluções escaláveis.Metodologias Ágeis: Experiência em frameworks ágeis como Scrum ou Kanban.Cloud: Familiaridade com plataformas de cloud computing como AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud.Segurança: Conhecimento em boas práticas de segurança de software, como OWASP.Monitoramento e Logs: Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e gestão de logs (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).Informações adicionaisComo é trabalhar aqui na Funcional Health Tech: Nosso time é incrível, colaboramos e fazemos juntos para ir mais longe. Nossa cultura é ágil e estamos em constante evolução. Incentivamos o crescimento profissional e o desenvolvimento dos nossos colaboradores com diversas ações e encontros, através de plataforma de treinamentos e webinars mensais. "A Funcional reconhece que a diversidade traz benefícios para o negócio e que um ambiente plural e colaborativo é propício para a inovação acontecer.
