Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBenefícios (Foco Principal):Processar mensalmente a compra de Vale-Refeição, Vale-Alimentação e Vale-Transporte, garantindo elegibilidade e conferência das informações;Administrar inclusão, exclusão e movimentação de convênios médico, odontológico e seguro de vida junto às operadoras;Realizar lançamentos e conferências de descontos em folha relacionados aos benefícios;Lançar e acompanhar atestados médicos;Processar pagamentos de promovidos e demais movimentações relacionadas aos benefícios;Manter atualizados os cadastros de colaboradores ativos e desligados junto aos fornecedores e parceiros;Administrar benefícios complementares e seus respectivos lançamentos em folha;Processar informações junto ao sistema de gestão de benefícios;Elaborar o rateio mensal dos benefícios;Atender colaboradores e gestores, prestando suporte e retorno aos chamados relacionados à área.Suporte às Rotinas de Departamento Pessoal:Apoiar a equipe nas rotinas de férias, realizando conferências e suporte aos processos;Dar suporte aos processos de rescisão contratual, quando necessário;Contribuir com a construção e acompanhamento de indicadores da área de Departamento Pessoal, especialmente relacionados a benefícios, custos e afastamentos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas;Experiência como Analista de Departamento Pessoal, com atuação sólida em administração de benefícios;Conhecimento em rotinas de férias e rescisão;Conhecimento em indicadores da área de DP;Excel em nível intermediário/avançado;Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista aplicada a benefícios.Conhecimento no sistema Senior (folha/ponto) e Conhecimento no sistema da RB Benefícios será um diferencial.
