Na Odontoprev, estamos em busca de uma pessoa que queira se juntar a uma equipe que inspira, acolhe e transforma!🔹 Analisar dados estratégicos relacionados tendências de produtos dentro do segmento de negócios.Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Analisar o mercado de planos odontológicos, identificando tendências, oportunidades de crescimento, riscos e movimentos da concorrência. 🔹 Apoiar a definição, desenvolvimento e avaliação de estratégias de negócios nos diferentes canais de distribuição. 🔹 Realizar estudos e análises da jornada do beneficiário ao longo da cadeia odontológica, propondo melhorias, otimizações e iniciativas de inovação. 🔹 Contribuir para a construção de estratégias de ecossistema, avaliando como os demais negócios do Grupo OdontoPrev podem fortalecer e potencializar o negócio principal por meio de tecnologia, serviços e soluções integradas.  🔹 Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, dashboards gerenciais, relatórios executivos e apresentações estratégicas com base em dados internos e externos. 🔹 Transformar dados em insights acionáveis para apoiar a tomada de decisão e a geração de valor para o negócio. 🔹 Atuar de forma colaborativa com as áreas de Marketing, Produtos, Comercial, Tecnologia e demais áreas estratégicas da companhia, promovendo alinhamento e execução das iniciativas. 🔹 Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas, normas, procedimentos de saúde, segurança e higiene do trabalho, bem como das diretrizes de Compliance, ESG, LGPD e demais regulamentações aplicáveis.🔹 Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, conforme demanda da área e orientação da liderança, observando sua qualificação, experiência e conhecimento técnico.Requisitos e qualificações✔️ Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharia, Marketing, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.✔️

Conhecimento avançado em Excel e PowerPoint. ✔️

Experiência com análise e interpretação de dados, indicadores e métricas de negócio.✔️

Conhecimento em ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau ou similares). ✔️

Familiaridade com pesquisas de mercado, modelagem de negócios e análise financeira. ✔️

Conhecimentos de SQL e/ou ferramentas de analytics serão considerados diferenciais.
