Então vem pra Tecnofit! 💛Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos uma pessoa para atuar nas rotinas administrativas e financeiras, contribuindo para a organização dos processos, eficiência operacional e suporte às diferentes áreas da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar nas rotinas administrativas e financeiras, incluindo compras, contratos, patrimônio, notas fiscais e controles internos;Realizar atividades de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber, incluindo lançamentos e conciliações;Atualizar e acompanhar o Fluxo de Caixa, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações;Apoiar o fechamento contábil mensal, auditorias e demandas de documentação;Realizar cotações, negociações e acompanhamento de compras e fornecedores;Elaborar análises e relatórios financeiros, apoiando a previsibilidade e acompanhamento do caixa;Apoiar a conferência de cálculos e guias de impostos;Atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas da empresa, prestando suporte às demandas administrativas e financeiras;Acompanhar atividades e apoiar o desenvolvimento de profissionais mais juniores da equipe;Trabalhar com planilhas e bases de dados, realizando análises e consolidação de informações;Acompanhar indicadores da área e contribuir na definição e execução de planos de ação;Buscar melhorias e otimizações contínuas nos processos administrativos e financeiros.
