A PARTNER INDUSTRIAL, indústria do setor de autopeças localizada em Contagem/MG, está em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro Pleno para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional na rotina financeira da empresa.

Responsabilidades

Rotina de contas a pagar e contas a receber (conferência, programação, baixas cobrança). Conciliação bancária diária e conciliação de razão x subrazões. Construção e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado. Apuração de indicadores (prazos médios, aging, posição de caixa) e apoio ao fechamento mensal. Realizar a rotina de contas a pagar e garantir o controle correto dos prazos e pagamentos.

Perfil desejado

Formação (cursando ou completa) em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou correlata. Experiência prática em contas a pagar e a receber e em fluxo de caixa. Excel avançado e domínio de conciliação bancária. Experiência com ERP (desejável NOMUS ERP Industrial).

Diferenciais Power BI; conhecimento fiscal/tributário (retenções). Vivência em indústria / autopeças; rotinas de tesouraria.

Experiência prévia com contas a pagar, contas a receber e fluxo de caixa. Vivência com fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado. Conhecimento em rotinas financeiras e controle de pagamentos e recebimentos. Domínio de planilhas eletrônicas, especialmente Excel. Desejável experiência em indústria e/ou ambiente de autopeças. Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de gestão financeira/ERP.

Organização e atenção a detalhes. Confiabilidade e senso de responsabilidade. Capacidade analítica. Proatividade para identificação e resolução de inconsistências. Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal. Discrição no tratamento de informações financeiras. Perfil colaborativo e orientado a prazos.

Formação e nível
