Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como Analista Financeiro | Fluxo de Caixa, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtualizar e acompanhar os fluxos de caixa realizado e previsto;Elaborar projeções de caixa de curto e médio prazo;Consolidar as movimentações financeiras das empresas e unidades do Grupo;Conferir informações entre extratos bancários, sistemas financeiros, bases operacionais e relatórios gerenciais;Apoiar a análise e o acompanhamento de dividendos, aportes, reduções de capital, mútuos e operações entre partes relacionadas;Preparar relatórios, apresentações e indicadores gerenciais para reporte à gestão; Apoiar o fechamento mensal do Fluxo de Caixa, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Interagir com Planejamento, Controladoria, Contabilidade, Contas a Pagar, Gestão de Caixa e demais áreas parceiras;Solicitar e acompanhar o recebimento de informações das unidades e empresas do Grupo;Manter controles, premissas e documentações atualizados;Apoiar iniciativas de automação, padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos;Participar da atualização e validação de painéis e bases gerenciais em Excel, Power BI ou ferramentas equivalentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em: Administração; Ciências Contábeis; Economia; Engenharia de Produção; ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou especialização em Finanças, Tesouraria, Controladoria, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas relacionadas será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento de fluxo de caixa realizado e previsto;Experiência com análise financeira, projeção de caixa ou rotinas de Tesouraria;Conhecimento de conciliação bancária e validação de saldos;Excel intermediário ou avançado;Capacidade de trabalhar com bases extensas e diferentes fontes de dados;Conhecimento em Matemática financeira e elaboração de análises de variações e comentários financeiros.Desejável:Possuir conhecimento em Power BI; Power Query; SQL; Oracle EPM Cloud; Conhecimento do ERP Protheus; VBA, Python ou ferramentas de RPA; Experiência com automação de processos financeiros; Conhecimento de integrações e arquivos bancários; Experiência na elaboração de apresentações e relatórios executivos; Vivência em empresas de grande porte ou com múltiplas unidades e empresas;
