Atuar na sustentação operacional e na aplicação da metodologia corporativa de melhoria contínua, por meio da gestão de bases de dados, elaboração de relatórios, monitoramento de indicadores e suporte informacional às unidades de negócio, com o objetivo de garantir a qualidade e confiabilidade das informações, apoiar a execução dos processos da área e contribuir para a tomada de decisão e a melhoria da performance operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar e monitorar bases de dados, consultas, relatórios e ferramentas utilizadas pela área, assegurando sua atualização, disponibilidade e correto funcionamento. Elaborar e disponibilizar relatórios operacionais e gerenciais para acompanhamento da performance das unidades e processos. Acompanhar indicadores relacionados aos projetos e operações sob responsabilidade da área, sinalizando desvios identificados. Realizar cadastros, parametrizações e atualizações de informações em sistemas corporativos, assegurando a qualidade dos registros. Apoiar as unidades de negócio na correta utilização das ferramentas, sistemas e metodologias da área, prestando suporte e através dos canais de comunicação e atendimento via chamados. Prestar suporte na apuração, consolidação e organização de informações utilizadas em reuniões e acompanhamentos gerenciais. Auxiliar na identificação de desvios operacionais por meio da análise de dados, indicadores e controles estabelecidos. Apoiar nas atividades administrativas compartilhadas com áreas parceiras, conforme procedimentos, normas e prazos definidos.Executar controles relacionados a portais de clientes, auditorias e demais processos sob responsabilidade da área. Apoiar na elaboração de apresentações, materiais executivos e análises para suporte à gestão. Identificar e reportar inconsistências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria observados durante a análise das informações e aplicar plano de ação para tratativas e correções através da metodologia interna vigente. Participar de treinamentos, reuniões e ações de desenvolvimento relacionados às metodologias, processos e ferramentas da área. Executar atividades de controle, conferência, registro e acompanhamento de processos administrativos e financeiros sob responsabilidade da área, assegurando conformidade com os procedimentos estabelecidos. Analisar e tratar inconsistências em processos de indenizações sob responsabilidade da área, realizando os encaminhamentos necessários junto às áreas internas e organizações envolvidas.Analisar e executar controles relacionados à segurança, conformidade e gestão de riscos dos processos sob responsabilidade da área, observando normas, procedimentos e diretrizes corporativas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em atividade administrativa, logística, financeiro e/ou atendimento ao cliente.Ensino superior em andamento em administração, processos gerenciais, logística ou áreas afins.CNH Categoria "B" e disponibilidade para viagens.
