Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesRealizar a abertura e o acompanhamento de vagas na Gupy.Apoiar o processo de desligamento, incluindo formalizações e controles relacionados.Conduzir entrevistas de desligamento de estagiários e consolidar percepções e indicadores.Realizar conversas de acompanhamento e desenvolvimento com estagiários e profissionais em início de carreira (1st Year).Atualizar e manter materiais de People Strategy, indicadores e apresentações gerenciais.Construir e atualizar carômetros das áreas.Atualizar indicadores quantitativos e materiais de acompanhamento gerencial, como Farol e outros reports da área.Manter atualizadas as bases de dados relacionadas a gestores, formadores e estruturas organizacionais.Apoiar a gestão de agendas, cronogramas e entregas dos ciclos e projetos conduzidos pelos HRBPs.Apoiar a produção de apresentações, análises e materiais para reuniões com lideranças.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Psicologia, RH, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Interesse por temas relacionados à Gestão de Pessoas.Boa capacidade analítica e familiaridade com indicadores.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel e PowerPoint.Facilidade com tecnologia, automação e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.
