Responsável pela gestão dos processos de formatação / roteirização das cargas relacionadas aos processos de controle logístico, acompanhando os indicadores de desempenho operacional e de transporte e elaborando planilhas diversas de controles logísticos.Responsabilidades e atribuições Prospectar, contratar, cadastrar e atualizar transportadores e autônomos (TACs e ETCs), negociando valores de frete com foco em competitividade, qualidade e custo-benefício; • Acompanhar a programação operacional, a formação das cargas, o roteirização das entregas e as escalas das frotas própria e agregada, garantindo o cumprimento da jornada dos motoristas; • Prestar suporte aos motoristas e atender clientes internos e externos, acompanhando carregamentos, viagens, entregas, descargas, devoluções e demais ocorrências operacionais; • Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com clientes e interagir com as áreas de Logística, Suprimentos, Financeiro, Controladoria e demais setores envolvidos; • Realizar o cadastro de motoristas, conferir e lançar documentos nos sistemas e efetuar consultas junto à Gerenciadora de Risco (GR); • Efetuar agendamentos de carregamentos, entregas e descargas por meio dos sistemas disponíveis, telefone ou e-mail; • Emitir, controlar, corrigir e regularizar documentos de transporte, como CT-e, MDF-e, DTs, viagens vazias, CT-e complementar e complementações de frete; • Controlar a liberação de processos bloqueados, as baixas e quitações de saldos e o fechamento e pagamento dos parceiros TACs e ETCs; • Analisar notas fiscais, pagamentos, provisões, processos auditados e demais documentos relacionados aos serviços de transporte; • Intermediar tratativas fiscais e acompanhar pendências operacionais e financeiras, incluindo estadias, glosas, recusas, devoluções e divergências; • Apoiar a gestão dos parceiros de transporte, acompanhando desempenho, custos operacionais, faturamento e nível de serviço; • Elaborar e analisar relatórios e indicadores de desempenho, custos e resultados da operação, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria; • Apoiar as tratativas e análises relacionadas a acidentes ocorridos durante as operações de transporte; • Propor melhorias nos processos logísticos, buscando maior eficiência operacional, qualidade no atendimento e controle de custos; • Cumprir rigorosamente as normas e os procedimentos de governança, segurança, sustentabilidade, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa.
