A SafeCompany é uma startup de SecTech que oferece uma plataforma digital em nuvem voltada à integração da segurança patrimonial, ocupacional e cibersegurança, utilizando tecnologia, inteligência e gestão para transformar as operações de segurança dos nossos clientes.

Buscamos um(a) Analista Pleno de Inteligência em Segurança Patrimonial para atuar em nossa área de Serviços Gerenciados, alocado diretamente em clientes, para desenvolver atividades de suporte analítico, documental e operacional, voltadas principalmente para o mapeamento, elaboração, implementação e acompanhamento de processos e controles das operações de centros de monitoramento e vigilância eletrônica.

O profissional atuará também com manipulação e análise de dados e ferramentas assistivas/IA na condução de suas atividades.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Mapeamento e documentação de processos;

• Interação e comunicação com representantes de diferentes áreas de negócio e prestadores de serviço dos clientes;

• Elaboração de apresentações e materiais de capacitação/treinamento/onboarding;

• Implementação e acompanhamento contínuo das mudanças aplicadas sobre as operações;

• Suporte na consolidação de informações e construção de indicadores (KPIs);

• Auxílio no acompanhamento de KPIs e SLAs;

• Apoio à gestão/liderança na condução de análises e elaboração de materiais específicos;

Requisitos e qualificações

• Boa comunicação, organização e atenção a detalhes;

• Perfil crítico, analítico, colaborativo e com foco em melhoria contínua;

• Capacidade de análise, organização e tratamento de dados operacionais para elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e indicadores;

• Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint, e familiaridade com ferramentas assistivas, como Microsoft Copilot;

• Desejável experiência em segurança empresarial e operações de centros de monitoramento e vigilância eletrônica.
