A Solví é um grupo empresarial presente no Brasil e na América Latina, com mais de 12 mil colaboradores dedicados a oferecer soluções sustentáveis nas áreas de resíduos, saneamento, água e engenharia ambiental.Nosso propósito é unir inovação, excelência operacional e responsabilidade socioambiental, contribuindo para transformar realidades e promover um futuro mais sustentável.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista Pleno de Novos Negócios, contribuindo para análises financeiras e estratégicas relacionadas a projetos de M&A, Licitações, Concessões, investimentos Greenfield e oportunidades no segmento de Manejo de Resíduos.Essa posição terá papel importante na construção de análises que apoiem a tomada de decisão e na interação com diferentes áreas da companhia, contribuindo para a avaliação e estruturação de novos negócios.Responsabilidades e atribuições Construir, revisar e aprimorar modelos de valuation e análises financeiras, apoiando decisões estratégicas relacionadas a novos projetos de M&A, Licitações, Concessões e investimentos Greenfield; Traduzir premissas operacionais e técnicas em análises financeiras consistentes, estruturadas e de fácil compreensão; Apoiar a elaboração de apresentações, relatórios e recomendações da área, produzindo e revisando slides, gráficos e análises quantitativas e qualitativas; Articular demandas e projetos junto às áreas internas, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a execução das operações; Participar da discussão e análise de contratos, editais e respectivos anexos, em conjunto com os demais integrantes da equipe e áreas envolvidas; Atualizar, organizar e acompanhar bases de dados e informações utilizadas nos projetos; Realizar análises e estudos que contribuam para a identificação, avaliação e estruturação de novas oportunidades de negócios; Apoiar o acompanhamento dos projetos, garantindo a qualidade e consistência das informações utilizadas nas análises.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Economia ou Administração.

Experiência profissional em posições relacionadas a análise de investimentos, M&A, concessões e/ou FP&A; Sólidos conhecimentos em Contabilidade, Finanças Corporativas e Modelagem Financeira; Domínio do Pacote Office, Excel Avançado; Domínio de Power BI; Capacidade analítica para interpretar informações financeiras, operacionais e de mercado; Facilidade para estruturar informações e apresentá-las de forma clara e objetiva.
