A Modular Data Centers está em busca de um(a) Analista de Segurança da Informação Pleno para fortalecer nossa estrutura de governança, riscos e conformidade (GRC). Você vai atuar diretamente na proteção dos ambientes de infraestrutura crítica, sistemas corporativos e dados da companhia, com forte atuação em governança, processos e aderência a normas e frameworks de mercado.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a definição, implementação e manutenção de políticas, normas e procedimentos de Segurança da Informação (PSI).Conduzir e acompanhar processos de gestão de riscos, incluindo identificação, avaliação e tratamento de vulnerabilidades.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas de segurança, incluindo evidências e planos de ação para não conformidades.Monitorar a aderência a frameworks e normas como ISO 27001, LGPD, NIST e CIS Controls.Gerenciar e revisar processos de controle de acesso, segregação de funções e gestão de identidades.Apoiar a classificação da informação e o mapeamento de dados sensíveis, em conformidade com a LGPD.Participar da resposta a incidentes de segurança, documentando causas, impactos e ações corretivas — com registro e rastreabilidade via ferramenta de ITSM.Atuar na governança dos processos de Gestão de Incidentes, Mudanças e Problemas (ITIL), garantindo que os fluxos de segurança estejam integrados aos processos de TI.Elaborar relatórios e indicadores (KPIs/KRIs) de segurança para apresentação à liderança.Apoiar treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização em segurança da informação para os colaboradores.Acompanhar fornecedores e parceiros quanto às exigências contratuais de segurança e privacidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Segurança da Informação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em Segurança da Informação, com atuação em governança, riscos e conformidade (GRC).Conhecimento prático em normas e frameworks como ISO 27001, LGPD, NIST ou CIS Controls.Conhecimento sólido em ITIL (Gestão de Incidentes, Mudanças, Problemas e Nível de Serviço).Domínio de ferramentas de ITSM (ex: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, TOPdesk ou similares) para abertura, acompanhamento e governança de chamados e processos.Experiência com gestão de vulnerabilidades, controle de acessos e resposta a incidentes.Boa capacidade de comunicação para elaborar relatórios e interagir com áreas técnicas e de negócio.Perfil organizado, analítico e com atenção a documentação e processos.DiferenciaisCertificação ITIL Foundation (ou superior).Certificações como ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CISA ou similares.Conhecimento em administração e regras de firewall Fortinet/FortiGate.Experiência em ambientes de infraestrutura crítica ou data centers.Conhecimento em ferramentas de GRC, SIEM ou gestão de vulnerabilidades.Vivência em processos de auditoria com órgãos reguladores ou clientes corporativos.
