Coordenar as atividades da área de Tecnologia da Informação, otimizando processos de operação e gestão da empresa, respondendo pela seleção de equipamentos, suporte técnico e desenvolvimento de sistemas; avaliando viabilidades técnicas e econômicas, visando assegurar o atendimento a todas as áreas da empresa, dentro dos padrões de qualidade, eficiência e segurança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades de desenvolvimento, levantando as necessidades dos usuários, verificando a possibilidade de desenvolvimento interno, buscando no mercado softwares aplicativos ou na impossibilidade, contratar empresa prestadora de serviço nessa área, visando a total satisfação das necessidades dos usuários, dentro dos padrões compatíveis de custo e prazo;Estabelecer critérios e normas de segurança (física e tecnológica) das instalações, equipamentos e dados processados, bem como normas gerais de acesso aos equipamentos e de proteção dos arquivos, discos e programas, visando garantir a segurança, continuidade e qualidade dos serviços prestados pela área de informática;Gerenciar as atividades de suporte ao usuário, buscando adequar à equipe interna as necessidades dos usuários, de forma a disponibilizar o atendimento, sempre que houver problemas nos equipamentos e recursos de tecnologia de informação;Administrar a rede de computadores e supervisionar a manutenção dos programas e sistemas implantados, identificando problemas técnicos e operacionais, procedendo alterações quando necessário, visando o atendimento das necessidades das áreas usuárias;Pesquisar e estudar softwares e hardwares disponíveis no mercado, através de contatos com fornecedores e fabricantes de equipamentos, visando manter e melhorar a qualidade dos serviços prestados pela área, bem como otimizar o uso de seus recursos humanos, técnicos e financeiros destinados;Coordenar e acompanhar a confecção e controle dos manuais e de toda a documentação de sistemas e programas, conforme os padrões e metodologias usuais na área de informática, visando à segurança e eficiência na utilização dos sistemas implantados;Coordenar o treinamento de usuários em novos sistemas implantados, acompanhando todo o processo e avaliando os resultados do treinamento e a adequada utilização dos sistemas, pelos usuários;Coordenar a manutenção dos equipamentos de informática, visando otimizar a sua utilização e produtividade;Desenvolver outras atividades conforme necessidade ou a critério do superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Técnico em Análise de Sistema, Ciências da Computação, ou Áreas relacionadas;Desejável conhecimento em Administração de Redes, Banco de Dados e Gestão de Projetos;Conhecimento em informática - Nível avançado;Necessário experiência na área.Informações adicionaisEstamos buscando profissional com experiência em infraestrutura, cloud, virtualização e redes corporativas para atuar na sustentação, implantação e evolução de ambientes on-premise e cloud.Requisitos Técnicos: Cloud: AWS Azure, Oracle OCI Conhecimento em GCPVirtualização: Vmware, Proxmox e Hyper-VDevOps / Containers: Docker e KubernetesRedes: Administração e troubleshooting Redes corporativas, Segurança e conectividade Sistemas: Linux Windows Server, Infraestrutura Open Source LinuxPerfil: Perfil hands-on Boa capacidade analítica Organização e autonomia Facilidade para resolução de problemas Interesse em evolução técnica contínuaDiferenciais: Conhecimento em DevOps / DevSecOps, Ambientes híbridos e multi-cloud Certificações Microsoft ou CloudLocal de Trabalho: 100% Presencial - região Vila Clementino - SP
