Todas as pessoas são bem-vindas!#VemSerEuro #SomosEurofarma #GrupoEurofarmaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesConfira as principais atividades do dia a dia para essa posição:Apoiar o planejamento e realizar o acompanhamento de projetos de engenharia, com foco em obras, reformas, instalações e implantação de equipamentos;Elaborar, atualizar e controlar cronogramas no MS Project, garantindo a definição de atividades, durações, predecessoras, marcos e caminho crítico;Acompanhar o avanço físico e financeiro dos projetos, comparando os resultados realizados com o planejamento e sinalizando desvios de prazo, custo e escopo;Apoiar a definição e o controle do escopo, orçamento, cronograma, riscos, recursos e entregáveis dos projetos;Acompanhar as etapas de especificação, contratação, fabricação, entrega, instalação, comissionamento e qualificação de equipamentos;Realizar interface com engenharia, manutenção, produção, qualidade, suprimentos, segurança, fornecedores e demais áreas envolvidas na execução dos projetos;Apoiar o acompanhamento de obras e serviços em campo, verificando a evolução das atividades e a aderência aos requisitos técnicos e ao cronograma;Identificar riscos, restrições, dependências e pontos críticos dos projetos, acompanhando os respectivos planos de ação e medidas de mitigação;Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento, apresentações executivas, atas, planos de ação, dashboards e indicadores de desempenho dos projetos;Manter atualizados os documentos, registros, controles e informações dos projetos, assegurando organização, padronização e rastreabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos profissionais que preencham os requisitos abaixo:Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia Civil, Mecânica, Elétrica, de Produção ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em planejamento, acompanhamento e controle de projetos de obras e implantação de equipamentos;Experiência com MS Project, incluindo elaboração e atualização de cronogramas, definição de predecessoras, análise de marcos e acompanhamento do caminho crítico;Conhecimento em gestão de escopo, prazo, custos, riscos, recursos e indicadores de desempenho de projetos;Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel e PowerPoint;Experiência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, apresentações executivas e planos de ação;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP, será considerado diferencial;Conhecimento em Power BI, metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial será considerado diferencial;
