Responsabilidades e atribuições•  Atuar no desenvolvimento, implementação e gestão das iniciativas de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento;

•  Atuar na criação elaboração de conteúdos, materiais de apoio, apresentações, trilhas de aprendizagem, avaliações e demais recursos educacionais;

• Administrar a plataforma de educação corporativa (LMS), realizando as parametrizações, gestão de usuários, disponibilização de conteúdos, acompanhamento de trilhas e emissão de relatórios;

•  Atuar como ponto focal da plataforma LMS, garantindo sua operacionalização e melhoria contínua;

•  Apoiar a construção e execução dos programas de integração, desenvolvimento técnico, comportamental e liderança;

•  Acompanhar indicadores de treinamento, elaborando relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;

•  Prestar suporte aos treinamentos presenciais e virtuais, incluindo organização logística e controle de evidências;

•  Atuar em parceria com fornecedores e áreas internas para desenvolvimento de conteúdos e soluções de aprendizagem;

•  Garantir a conformidade dos registros de treinamento, políticas internas e requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis.

Requisitos e qualificações •   Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas;

•   Imprescindível possuir experiência na área de T&D;

•    Desejável experiência generalista na área de Recursos Humanos, em empresas de qualquer segmento;

•    Conhecimento Avançado em excel, PPT, sistema de criação de materiais de treinamento;

•   Possuir familiaridade com Tecnologia de Inteligência Artificial;

•   Experiência na construção de planos de desenvolvimento individual;

•   Vivência em consolidação de indicadores de treinamento e desenvolvimento; 

•   Vivência em sala de aula ministrando treinamentos;        

•   Domínio em criação de materiais de treinamento;

•  Conhecimento em operacionalização de sistema de gestão de treinamento;

• Desejável inglês intermediário;

•  Disponibilidade para atuar de forma 100% presencial em Itapira/SP.
